Standard Private Deployment Package

The standard private package brings core BabelBird file management and collaboration capabilities into a customer-managed environment. Availability depends on the licensed version and agreed delivery scope.

Core Capabilities

• Enterprise, personal, department and project files, plus material libraries.
• Uploads, downloads, resumable transfers and supported incremental transfers.
• Preview, annotations, comments, version history and version recovery.
• Department roles, project permissions, file access controls, sharing and audit logs.
• Supported Windows, macOS and Kylin desktop clients with available transfer, synchronization and mapped-drive features.
• Enterprise administration for members, roles, organization, tags, watermarks and reporting.

Delivery and Deployment

A capability list is not a promise that every module is included in every contract. Confirm user licensing, online editing, AI, third-party services, customization and service periods in the delivery checklist.

Single-server, multi-server, container-platform, on-premises and third-party cloud deployments are supported according to the implementation plan. Size services by concurrency, file volume, preview load and recovery requirements, not a universal server count.

Acceptance Checks

1. Verify licensed core functions and optional modules.
2. Test permissions as administrators, ordinary members and external recipients.
3. Test transfers, versions, sharing, synchronization, search and logs.
4. Verify database and file backups with a recovery exercise.
5. Confirm operating documentation, training, upgrade procedures and support contacts.
